Shipping, Exchange & Warranty Policy

Shipping

* We offer free shipping on all orders across India. No minimum order value required.
* In Mumbai, select PIN codes are eligible for our Concierge Try-at-Home service.
* Outside Mumbai, orders are shipped via trusted third-party courier partners.
* For locations with longer transit durations and higher courier handling complexity, Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require a small advance confirmation amount before dispatch.

Concierge Try-at-Home (Mumbai Only)

* You receive 3 sizes of the same style — your selected size, one size up, and one size down — at no extra cost.
* Try the footwear at your doorstep while our delivery executive waits.
* Keep the pair that fits best and return the remaining pairs on the spot.
* If you do not like the product or the feel of it, you may choose not to keep any pair and return all items immediately at the time of delivery.
* Once the delivery is completed and a pair is retained, no further returns or exchanges are applicable for Concierge Try-at-Home orders.

Standard Delivery (Rest of India)

* Orders outside Mumbai are delivered as standard shipments in the size selected at checkout.
* If the size does not fit or a return is required, please email us at care@republicofwomen.in within 7 days of delivery.
* The product must be unused and returned in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
* Customers are required to courier the product back to us at their own cost.
* Upon receiving and inspecting the product, we will process the exchange or return accordingly.
* Any re-shipment will be done after the customer pays the actual courier charges applicable.

100-Day Warranty

All Republic of Women products come with a 100-day warranty against manufacturing defects such as:
* Sole coming off
* Stitching issues
* Hardware or structural faults

To raise a warranty claim:
* Email us at care@republicofwomen.in
* Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photo/video proof

If the warranty claim is found to be valid, we will repair the product and send it back to you. Courier charges for warranty pickup and re-delivery will be borne by the customer, based on actuals.
